Over the weekend I had my first patch committed to an Open Source project!
I’ve been using ‘s Daily Link Poster for a few years for my occasional links roundups. I’ve kind of had a feature request in for a while, and a few months ago the move of Delicious back to its old domain caused it to break. This last weekend I finally took a look at the code on GitHub, figured it out, and submitted a few changes.
Results: Delicious feed now properly read from new del.icio.us location. Default tags added to entry even if “Post with tags” not checked. Only first entry in my Delicious RSS feed was posted.
